Lobster Hunting

One of our most unique excursions — a snorkeling and free-diving trip to hunt for spiny lobsters on the reef.

Your guide takes you to the best spots along the reef edge, where lobsters tuck themselves into crevices and under overhangs. From the surface you'll scan the coral, and when your guide spots the telltale antennae poking out, they free-dive down to retrieve them. If you're a confident free-diver, you can join in the hunt yourself.

Along the way you'll see plenty of reef life — colourful coral formations, curious reef fish, and the occasional octopus or moray eel peeking from its den.

The best part comes after: your lobster catch goes straight to the kitchen. Our chef prepares it for your dinner — grilled with garlic butter, or however you like it. Fresh lobster doesn't get any fresher than this.
